Why choose a channeled reading over an aura reading?

Aura Readings

In an aura reading the reader (intuitive, clairvoyant, psychic--whatever word they choose to use)

“sees” or senses information floating in the person’s energy field or aura. Many people—who

would not call themselves psychics--can sense or feel, sometimes even see emotions and

thoughts in this field. The aura is partially compiled of a person’s hopes, thoughts, fears,

experiences in the last few months, connections or emotions they are holding. In an aura reading

information about a client’s partner, children, or people on the other side, may not be available.

For example, an aura reader may say “I see you going on a cruise. Let’s see, it feels like you’re

sailing to Alaska or sailing in that area.” And the client exclaims over the accuracy of the

information. Actually, the reader is sensing that the person’s hope is to take such a trip, and that

hope is floating around in their aura. Whether or not the person being read chooses to manifest

this dream is another matter.

Channeled Readings

In a channeled reading, the psychic connects to another Source—a guide, spirit, angel, ascended

master--allowing that information to come through. The psychic is a conduit, and the

information may be “seen” (clairvoyance), “heard” (clairaudience), “felt” (clairsentience), or

“known” (claircognizance). (There is also clear smelling and clear tasting but those have not

been prevalent.) Developed psychics may receive through a combination of these forms. The

information will tend to be more accurate than just reading the aura (depending on the Source for

the channel). Channeled readings can cover any area, and the person having the session can ask

any questions they wish.

Your Choice

If you’re contemplating contacting a “reader” who you’ve heard senses your aura, you may only

receive general information, and it may be just a reflection of what you want to hear. On the

other hand, a channeled session can be fast and intense as the reader conveys more accurate, in-

depth responses from spirit beings. You will be able to tell by the nature of the channeling if the

Source of the information is positive and loving and for your highest good.
